Chief Executive Officer of Village Roadshow Limited from 1988 to 29 November 2013 and Co-Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer from 29 November 2013, Mr. Burke has unrivalled experience in the entertainment and film industries. He has been one of the strategic and creative forces behind Village Roadshow's development and founded Roadshow Distributors with the late Mr. Roc Kirby. Mr. Burke has been integral to strategically developing Warner Bros. Movie World and Village Roadshow's involvement with Sea World as well as ongoing Australian and international film production. He has been the Chairman of Creative Content Australia (formerly IP Australia Foundation) since March 2016.

CEO & Managing Director, Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited

David is CEO and Group Managing Director, Event Hospitality and Entertainment Limited (prior to late 2015 known as Amalgamated Holdings Ltd) a 100 year old Australian listed Entertainment company with a market capitalisation of $2.4 billion. He was appointed to this role in 2001, and prior to this, was founder and CEO Rydges Hotels and Resorts. Event is currently the largest exhibitor in the territories of Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Fiji operating under the Event, BCC, GU Filmhouse and Cinestar brands with some 144 sites and over 1200 screens. Event also operates over 7000 hotel rooms across the QT, Rydges and Atura brands and owns and operates Australia's premier ski resort Thredbo. Mr. Seargeant is also Chairman National Association Cinema Operators Australia Deputy Chairman Tourism Accommodation Australia and sits on the Board of Tourism Training Australia.

CEO, Film Victoria

Jenni Tosi is the CEO of Film Victoria, the Victorian Government's screen agency based in Melbourne, Australia. With over 30 years production experience in the Australian film and television industry, she has an extensive network on industry relationships including Producers, Directors, Writers, Actors, Broadcasters, Distributors and Financiers. As CEO, Jenni oversees the delivery of core industry support programs including production financing, script development, production incentives and Film Commission services. Jenni's producing credits include the multi-award winning children's television series Holly's Heroes and the BAFTA winning mini-series Bootleg amongst many others. She is a course committee advisor to the Victorian College of the Arts and the RMIT University, a part International Emmy Juror and a member of the Ausfilm Board.

Caroline Waters is the CEO of Open Channel, Victoria's independent screen industry skills centre. Caroline spent eight years in the UK working as a producer/ director for Mentorn Films, Mushroom Records and other production companies, specializing in youth, factual entertainment and children's programs. Back in Australia, she has made content for the ABC and SBS, and through her role at Open Channel she is passionate about developing and nurturing the careers of emerging filmmakers across Victoria.
